I finally got a few minutes alone with the new cookbook and had to take some pictures to share with all of you! I'm so excited!!
The pages are all glossy and I did all but a few of the photos as well as the writing of the book. It has been a major project! I'll let you know as soon as the books are available for purchase. I'm so thankful for all your love and support over the years to make this possible! Thank you Cedar Fort Publishing for all the great staff who were so professional to work with on this book. I can't wait to share it soon!
Always My Very Best,
Your Friend Chef Tess

Congratulations on the book! It looks amazing and I can't wait to buy one! It will be worth the wait, strike or no strike. As usual, your upbeat attitude is inspiring and your joyful nature matches the season. Merry Christmas!
It is Dec 24 today. I thought we could purchase your beautiful book on Amazon. Cannot wait for this.
I'm still waiting to hear the latest word...I'll keep you posted.
Do you have a book just for your 'meals in a jar'?
I found the book I was looking for :-) I have a question though, we are a gluten free family. What do you suggest using instead of all the noodles you use? Do Rice noodles last at long when using them in a 'meal in a jar'? Also, are your seasonings GMO free? Thank you for your time :-)
Kira, what was the book you were looking for? Do you mind my asking? I'm still very anxiously waiting for Chef Tess' new book. I am so looking forward to it!
The meals in a jar book is still being written, though the new cookbook is now in Honeyville store locations. My seasonings are no MSG but spices are very hard to guarantee non-GMO.
I just picked up your new cookbook at Honeyville and I'm very excited to get started making my meals in a jar. In your recepie of the Polynesian sweet and sour chicken baked beans (page 70) it calls for 1/2 cup of NOH teriyaki powder. Honeyville said you order this on line. So, I checked online and could only find packages of 1.5 oz size. Are you getting it in a larger size? Where would you recommend getting it? Maybe Honeyville will consider selling it. Thank you!
